Professional Experience
Full Stack Developer
- Building NarraOS, a healthcare screening platform, end-to-end using React, Next.js, and TypeScript on the frontend and Node.js / NestJS on the backend, with Convex powering the reactive backend.
- Developed real-time, data-driven features — case management, notifications, and referral/appointment workflows — backed by Convex.
- Implemented security and compliance measures aligned with PDPL, including CSP headers, rate limiting, and security audit logging; handled authentication with Better Auth.
- Designed and integrated REST APIs and third-party services with attention to performance, security, and data-compliance requirements.
- Built reusable, accessible UI components and a maintainable frontend architecture for a complex clinical workflow product.
Full Stack Developer
- Owned the frontend architecture and UX across all of Carpass's customer-facing websites, converting product requirements into polished, high-performance interfaces with Next.js and TypeScript.
- Built and shipped AI sales agents — text chat agents and voice agents — using Google ADK and Vertex AI, with a RAG pipeline to manage and ground responses in a knowledgebase.
- Integrated Claude and OpenAI as additional LLM providers for the agent platform (a SaaS product).
- Used Typesense to build a fast search tool powering the agents' knowledge retrieval.
- Integrated Twilio for live voice calling, connecting agents to real customers over the phone for automated sales conversations.
- Implemented Stripe and GoCardless for payment processing, handling both card and direct-debit billing flows.
- Worked across the stack (Next.js frontend, NestJS backend) to ship these features end-to-end — from data/API layer to UI.
Frontend developer
- Designed a scalable React application structure and component architecture from the ground up.
- Integrated React Query for data fetching and Zustand for global state, simplifying setup and improving maintainability.
- Built reusable custom hooks (including infinite / "load on scroll") reused across multiple components.
- Converted complex Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UIs with Tailwind CSS and Shadcn UI, working closely with backend engineers on reliable API data flow.
